Attention, Kansas City coffee drinkers! The Roasterie has opened a new location at 43rd and Main Street! And there’s a drive-thru!
With new locations opening up at Woodside Village in Westwood and Corrigan Station in the Crossroads district just this summer, The Roasterie has opened up shop yet again. This time, down the street from a Starbucks.
If you drive down Main on the regular (or even just once), you know how crazy busy it can get. With the line at the drive-thru wrapping around Starbucks and nearly backing into the street, The Roasterie on Main has come to save those who are in a hurry to get to work on time.
4231 Main Street marks The Roasterie’s ninth location in the KC area and also happens to share a space with an H&R Block that will be opening within the month. With tax season right around the corner, patrons will soon have a one-stop-shop for getting their taxes done and getting their caffeine fix. Too bad the drive-thru is strictly for ordering coffee.
Although the cafe’s interior is rather small, only being able to accomodate 30, the patio also provides seating for 28. Unless you want to take a chance on the wishy-washy Missouri weather, the outdoor patio is sure to be a popular spot come spring time.
In addition to Corrigan Station and Woodside Village, The Roasterie operates cafes in Leawood Town Center Crossing, Brookside, Lenexa Public Market inside the Lenexa City Center, Children’s Mercy Kansas City, as well as the plant cafe located at 1204 W. 27th Street and the drive-thru along Southwest Boulevard.
Having served only the best coffee for over 20 years, founder Danny O’Neill is excited to partner with another Kansas City-born company whose co-founder, Henry W. Bloch has provided him with years of mentorship. With Bloch’s guidance, O’Neill transformed his business into Kansas City’s leading coffee supplier.
Pop on by and check out the newest addition on the (H&R) block! It could very well be your new favorite place for your morning cup of joe.
